How can I get a refund if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

If an item you receive is damaged or not as ordered from the website, you can return it to us in the same condition you received it in and in its original packaging within 3 days of receipt. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it. If a defect or damage is found, we will immediately begin the process of refunding your money, including the amount you paid for the item or the amount you paid for shipping and delivery.

Refund and Exchange Mechanism:
